Redwood City. We also have multiple opportunities throughout the Bay Area in San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Alameda Counties.What you’ll do as a Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist (ST)In partnership with the Case Manager, you will provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders that affect communication. You will serve as an educator, patient advocate, and a member of the interdisciplinary care team.Flexible work schedules: Create your own schedule and hoursTargeted territories. Generous PTO, Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, etc. (Full-Time Employees only)Competitive compensation with an achievable incentive bonus programTo be successful as a Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist (ST)Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist LicenseCurrent BLS/CPR CertificationValid CA Driver's LicenseKnowledge and understanding of individual development and human behavior as it relates to the effects of illness/injury; and of the influence of culture on healthcare.Knowledge of state and federal home care regulatory guidelines preferred.Experience in home health care is highly preferredExperience with high acuity patients is a plusExperience working with an interdisciplinary team is highly desiredCase Management fundamentals are highly desiredSelf-DirectedEmpatheticCritical thinkerOutstanding interpersonal skillsLeadership skillsOrganizedWage Range: $105-125k.
