We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.The Director of Corporate Accounting is responsible for overseeing all accounting functions for Buyers Edge Platform and all of our brands. The successful candidate has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles, policies and processes.Your impact:Manage the month end close and financial statement preparation for all subsidiariesManage all journal entries and the reconciliation of over 30+ bank accounts for all subsidiariesImplement internal controls and policies and proceduresOversee all accounting functions and staff including GL, AP, AR, Payroll and Financial Systems AdministrationManage the processing and coding of all accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and processing payments and applying cash receiptsProvide financial guidance and support to department heads, and ensure that all financial decisions are in alignment with the organization's strategic goalsPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsOversee the Financial Statement audit with the external auditorsWork with Human Resources and Payroll on the 401k auditWork with Human Resources and Payroll on best practices, ADP WFN knowledge a plusAssist in implementation and integration of all newly acquired subsidiariesManage the ERP and Expense Management systemsAbout you:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field10+ years of experience with 5+ in a supervisory roleExperience with ERP Systems (NetSuite is a plus)Experience with month end close and account reconciliation software, Floqast a plusAdvanced knowledge of GAAP and technical accountingCPA PreferredWhat's in this for you?Amazing coverages to start.
