San Diego, CA (on-site role)Will be able to work from home after 3 months of training and passing quality assurance test!Start Date:

September 16th, 2024.Shift:

Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pmThe overall objective of this position is to perform account maintenance, billing, reconciliation, reporting, and/or customer service-related activities.

Must be proficient in navigating a PC!Responsibilities:Identifying, researching, and reconciling billing payment amounts to ensure accurate eligibility determination.Setting up and maintaining member data including but not limited to processing enrollments, corrections, retroactivity adjustments, and termination.Ensuring bills are correct and mailed on time - resolving related problems.Resolving payment discrepancies and delinquencies.Working with internal and external customers and vendors to resolve any issues related to support services activities.Participating in team-based projects and contributing to customer service and operations improvement initiatives.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.Proficiency in math, data entry, typing, spelling, and grammar - pre-interview assessment required.Successful customer service track record.Ability to diagnose, analyze, and solve a variety of quantitative and qualitative problems.Computer experience preferably in a PC Windows-based environment.Ability to work productively on multiple tasks.Excellent attendance history.Bachelor's preferred, not required.
