Position Description We are seeking an early-career professional to join our dynamic team as the Finance and Strategy Associate. The position will play a critical role in project investments, company strategy, and capital allocation. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance; a working knowledge of energy, digital infrastructure and/or real assets; and a proven track record of thoughtful, detailed, and actionable analysis. The role offers the ability to work directly with company management and investors in a fast-paced environment and a fascinating industry. Project Investment Analysis

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of company development projects, including cash flow projections, scenario analysis and risk assessment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project inputs, risks and opportunities

Verify and quality control inputs and outputs

Support capital allocation decisions by presenting high-quality, strategic and thoughtful analysis

Market and Site Selection

Develop and implement quantitative methods to guide the company’s selection of markets and sites

Perform total cost of ownership calculations including development and construction costs, costs of power supply, grid upgrades, state and local taxes and other factors

Company Financial Projections

Develop and update a company financial model

Present results to company management and investors to guide capital formation, investment decisions, and annual budgeting

Commercial Support

Support the company as it works with customers on joint ventures, project sales and other similar arrangements

Prepare high quality materials to support customer and investor discussions

Other Finance Functions

Assist in building capabilities in a growth environment, including reporting, accounting, tax, payroll, risk management, and other financial functions

Support financial budgeting and forecasting processes

Bachelor’s or master’s degree

2+ experience in financial and investment analysis

Strong financial modeling skills

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to prepare clear and professional materials for investors and customers

Strategic, creative mindset

Excellent collaboration skills and a can-do attitude
