Responsibilities

The Global Visual + Experiential Senior Designer for Kendo will manage the creative vision for all IRL spaces across the globe and for all brands at Kendo bringing together design, merchandising, and copy to formulate a creative vision for how our brands are presentedThis critical creative role will translate strategy, campaigns and 2d assets into 3d storytelling for the consumer in a compelling wayThis role will be the first to identify the changing retail & consumer landscape and propose ideas on how to stay aheadThis role would support all Kendo brands and support a wide range of projects across retail spaces, merchandising, marketing, store design, experiential marketing for the consumer, influencers, founders, and retail partnersDeliver the conceptualization and design of visually compelling and on-brand in-store displays to maximize product visibility and consumer experienceThis should be through hand sketches, renderings and swipeIntroduce innovative design concepts for in-store displays, windows, animated VM spaces and new fixture launches that deliver on campaign conceptsDevelop new fixtures for product launches, re-imagine pop up spaces and experiential spaces as neededParticipate in the research and selection of materials and fixtures to enhance product displaysEstablish innovative relationships with vendors and stay on top of competitive displaysPartner with VM team and manufacturers to ensure approved concepts are executed to the visCollaborate with brand teams to ensure strong briefs for team and vendors for product launchesPartner with the creative team to ideate and ensure fixture design aligns with overall concept designCollaborate with retailer partners and field teams to understand best in class fixtures and understand what is working and not with Kendo fixtures
