Job ID: 2677407 | Amazon.com Services LLCThe Amazon Fresh Grocery team is excited to welcome an Instock Manager based in Seattle or NYC. This is a field-based role that requires onsite presence across North America.

As an Instock Manager (ISM) within Amazon Fresh Grocery, you'll take on a critical role at the forefront of business planning; overseeing supply chain and inventory management. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer experience and our overall cost to serve. Your leadership will extend domestically across our physical store channels.

To be successful in this role, you should feel comfortable using data analytics to influence others. You must be able to build systems and processes that scale as we grow our business. In joining this team, you will have the opportunity to both build and operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

A successful Instock Manager must be highly organized, self-starting and possess strong data extraction and analytical capabilities. You must demonstrate passion for customer experience and be able to innovate on behalf of the customer. You must be fearless, but thoughtful in your pursuit of results and thrive in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic initiatives are expected to be balanced.

Strong candidates will have knowledge of fundamental business principles and have previous retail experience. The ideal candidate is able to lead and influence both internal and external teams in an ambiguous environment while maintaining a customer-centric philosophy.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of Excel experience- 4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience- Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of the principles of statistical inventory control- Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
