Retail Store Managers earn salary plus monthly commission payout.We have a great incentive structure on top of salary wages for our management team. This means you can earn bonuses on top of your salary!Job Purpose:
Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through the use of daily observation forms, monthly one on one meetings, and on-the-spot redirect coaching.Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross-selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions.Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately and within required time frames.Weekend availability required.Those who have proven leadership skills, sales success, customer service experience, and thrive in a team environment are encouraged to apply.You will be contacted only if you are selected for an interview.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per yearBenefits:
