LPCC/LCSW/LMFT or ASW/AMFT TherapistJob Locations:US-CA-BerkeleyOverview:LifeLong Medical Care is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Associate Social Worker (ASW), or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) to join the team at our William Jenkins Health Center. The LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or ASW/AMFT will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality psychosocial services to health center patients.About us:LifeLong Medical Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center in Northern California, serving over 66,000 patients in the East Bay Area. We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our workplace and seek candidates who reflect the communities we serve.Responsibilities:Provide psychosocial assessments, mental health diagnoses, and treatment plans.Offer short-term counseling for various issues.Engage in crisis intervention and triage when necessary.Maintain clinical and administrative records.Participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement efforts.May provide supervision for interns.Qualifications:Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.Demonstrated sensitivity to diverse populations.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Current California LCSW, LMFT, LPCC license, or ACSW or AMFT registration.Experience with evidence-based practices for mental health treatment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
