Sets-up and operates all machinery/equipment with superior efficiencyMonitors controls and gauges to assure proper functionsAble to efficiently make change overs to equipment as schedule requiresMake appropriate parameter adjustments as needed to ensure batteries meet all specificationsPerforms visual/physical inspections and tests for quality and quantity. Analyzes and diagnoses equipment malfunctionsDistributes department work orders (production, shipping, etc.)Assist other team members as needed to maximize productionConducts and coordinates the training of new employeesCompletes daily standard production reportsEnsures safety supplies and personal protective equipment are used appropriatelyIdentifies unsatisfactory employee performance, verbally notifies employees of procedure violations or behavior problems and informs Supervisor of performance eventsCommunicate various company policies and procedures to employeesMay give verbal input regarding employee performance during employee review processFollow and maintain Lean activities (5S, housekeeping, hygiene, etc)Comply with all safety requirements and proper use of PPEUnderstand & practice the Quality policyComply with Blood Lead Health and Hygiene ProtocolsOther duties maybe assignedBasic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentForklift driver certificationMust have training certification for each area of responsibilityRead, write and speak EnglishGood writing and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft software products (Excel, Word)If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!About Us
