Job Summary:Westchester Medical Center (WMC), a teaching affiliate of New York Medical College and the flagship hospital of WMC Health Network is seeking a highly skilled and motivated, Fellowship-trained Regional Anesthesiologist to serve as an ACGME-accredited RAAPM Fellowship Program Director. Two fellows train each year.Qualifications / Requirements:Must have completed Fellowship over 3 years ago, be an ABA Diplomate, have been engaged in RAAPM practice at least 50% of the time, have an interest in high-acuity patient care, and resident and fellow education, as well a track record of scholarly activities. WMC is a Level 1 Trauma center and a referral/transfer center for the Hudson Valley with a catchment area of approximately 3 million. It has close to 500 trainees in both adult and pediatric specialties. The Department performs 30,000 anesthetics per year and over 3,500 regional blocks.
