Responsibilities:Understand customer requirements and challenges and recommend suitable and optimal technology solutions using Microsoft Business Apps stackDevelop POCs and Minimal Viable Product (MVP) to demonstrate the business value of Power Apps and Power AutomateAutomate customer business processes by developing and delivering Power Platform-based solutions as per customer-specific requirementsLead delivery teams using Power Platform with different backends such as Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, or other databasesIntegrate Power Platform with other systems using Azure, Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIsEstablish, manage, and operate Power Platform COE for our customers to drive citizen developmentPartner and work closely with the global Microsoft Alliance team to create new go-to-market offerings for Microsoft AppSource and Azure MarketplaceCollaborate with business development and infrastructure teamsAssist with Pre-Sales proposals response with cloud-native solution architectures, estimates, and optimal delivery modelsProvide thought leadership for new and emerging Microsoft solutions including Power Platform, D365 Business Applications, Microsoft Viva, Azure, etc.Drive customer workshops, presentations, and hackathons working closely with the account and sales teamHelp identify and develop solution accelerators, reusable components, and frameworks to provide a differentiated value propositionRequired Skills:10 years of overall IT experience across architecture, design, and developmentMust be a US Citizen and able to obtain a customer clearanceStrong understanding of low code to no code solutions market trends and value propositionMinimum of 7 years of hands-on professional experience in developing applications using Microsoft Dynamics, D365, and Power Platform including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, and Power PagesExperience in fully implementing Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) and platform governance in the federal sectorCompetitive knowledge of other business applications solutions and related ecosystemsHands-on development experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, Azure, OpenAI, Dataverse, PAD, RPA, etc.Experience with Azure B2C or Login.gov integrationExperience with Azure technologies – primarily Azure Functions, Web Jobs, Logic Apps, App ServicesExperience in integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure integration servicesExperience in extending Power Platform using custom connectors and PCF will be an advantageKnowledge of ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Automation in the context of Power PlatformKnowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities will be an advantageRelevant Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and/or Dynamics 365Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with technical and executive audiences
