Director, PAM Architecture
The Role
The Enterprise Cybersecurity Architecture Privileged Access Management Team is seeking a Director, PAM Architecture to join our team. As an individual contributing Architect in PAM, you will:
- Drive adoption of enterprise standards (reference architectures) and best practices, and promote changes in process, standards, or technologies when necessary.
- Develop and produce high quality documentation for strategic security architecture vision, including blueprints, standards and frameworks that are aligned with overall business strategy.
- Participate in solution architecture design, lead security efforts assisting with the integration and initial implementation of solutions (PoC's)
- Serve as information security subject matter expert, provide advisory and consulting services as required.
- Keep abreast of application security trends and the emerging threat landscape and actively engage with vendors, understanding architecture roadmaps, technology direction, and investment to improve security capabilities and deliver cost effective solutions.
- Influence the enterprise IAM architecture vision, strategy, principles, and blueprint with focus on Privileged Access and position Fidelity as a recognized leader in Identity & Access Management
- Participate in the development of IAM capabilities roadmap based on forward looking business & security strategies to drive program and investment decisions.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Work Experience: minimum 7 years of demonstrated technical lead / architectural skills and responsibilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience
- Deep technical understanding of and experience with security technologies in areas related to Identity and Access Management to address privilege-based risk
- Working knowledge and experience with "Cloud Architectures" (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and the ability to address the unique security considerations of secure Cloud computing (e.g. integrating IAM with Enterprise services, Secure-SDLC. Data Protection - cryptography, key management)
- Experience with IAM products and solutions for privileged access management, authentication, authorization, identity provisioning, auditing and monitoring
- Architect, design, and develop scalable and secure PAM solutions that align and integrate with enterprise platforms/pipelines.
- Deep architectural understanding of the following:
- Privileged Access Management
- Password Vaulting
- Privileged Session Management
- Linux Kerberos Bridging
- Secrets Management
- Patterns for Authentication
- Credential Rotation
- Ethical Hacking and Risk Management
- Federation and Single Sign On (SAML, OIDC)
- Directories (e.g. Azure Active Directory, LDAP)
- Multi-factor authentication, adaptive authentication
- Privileged Access Management
- Qualities:
- Skilled at taking complex topics and making them simple.
