As the first and last impression of the Four Seasons Private Residences, this department carries a special responsibility.Essential Functions:This list is not all-inclusive and should only be used as an overview of all actual responsibilities.Greets all guests passing through lobby and offers assistance.Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, maintaining proper records of deliveries and pick-ups.Assists customers with inquiries regarding hotel services, events, and directions.May perform errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel.Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.Complies with Four Seasons Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.Works harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.Qualifications & Experience:Proficiency in reading, writing, and oral communication in English.Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.Minimum of 1+ year bell/guest services experience in a hotel environment.Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and have high attention to detail.Flexible schedule availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.Physical ability to stand for 8 hours and lift/push 50-100 lbs.High school education or equivalent experience is required.Visa Requirements:
