About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for two Merchandising Assistants to join our Merchandising team in our Dublin, CA headquarters. This individual will work with Buyers and Assistant Buyers along with internal and external partners to execute the merchandising objectives of the company. This role contributes to the team ability to achieve its financial goals.

What You'll Do | Key AccountabilitiesEnsure timely delivery of the merchandise through consistent communication and follow up with the vendor, distribution centers, and the merchandising and allocation teamComplete order entryManage promo and pricing formsManage purchase order process on a weekly basisSample managementAssist with the preparation of purchase ordersCommunicate issues to product development and designSupport the merchandising end to end processParticipates in executing the pricing strategyAdditional duties as assignedWhat You'll Bring | Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising or similar preferredOne year of administration and data entry experience preferredStrong attention to detail with excellent analytical abilitiesStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsConsistent demonstration of professionalism, sound judgment, and integrityMotivated and able to work well independently, as well as an effective member of a teamAbility to multi-task and provide timely follow upAbility to build solid relationships with teammates and business unit leadersProficient use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and OutlookPlease note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

The starting rate for this position is $22.55 - $28.00 and may increase to $32.00 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
