We offer mental health evaluations to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in crisis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week response, including all holidays. Our service model focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition of your mental health patients. Based on the results of an assessment, we determine the most appropriate level of care and recommend treatment facilities. The tele-psychiatric assessment and consultation services we offer are designed to connect people with the care providers best equipped to address their mental health issues. Clinical Lead - Full Time . EDUCATION:Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:Current license in the State of Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (“LPC”), Licensed Master Social Worker (“LMSW”), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (“LCSW”).Current CPR, Vaccines, if required by a customer hospital.Current Drivers License.EXPERIENCE:Preferred 1-3 years similar work experience.Completion of appropriate internship, including the provision of individual, group or family therapy/counseling.Mobile assessment experience preferred.EEO Statement:All UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
