Clinical Lead - Full Time . EDUCATION:Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:Current license in the State of Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (“LPC”), Licensed Master Social Worker (“LMSW”), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (“LCSW”).Current CPR, Vaccines, if required by a customer hospital.Current Drivers License.EXPERIENCE:Preferred 1-3 years similar work experience.Completion of appropriate internship, including the provision of individual, group or family therapy/counseling.Mobile assessment experience preferred.EEO Statement:All UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
