OpportunityTherapy Tree is seeking a Physical Therapistat our location. Join a team of highly qualified and passionate therapists that seek to make a meaningful and lasting impact in the lives of children. This role includes an exciting mix of collaborative treatment and training across disciplines. Being part of the multidisciplinary team includes working closely with SLPs, SLPAs, PTs, OTs, COTAs.
ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat pediatric patients in need of physical therapyEducate and train patients/parents/caregiversCollaborate with other therapists and assistantsTravel to multiple Clinic LocationsQualifications
Doctorate degree from an accredited university program.Current Arizona Physical Therapy licensureBilingual (English/Spanish) (Preferred not required)Fingerprint clearance cardMust supply liability insurance
