We are Hiring at University HospitalLocation: 530 S Jackson St. Louisville KY, 40202Shift Options: FULL-TIME NIGHTS 7P-7AAbout the Unit5 Core is a 6-bed medical intensive care unit. Patients may experience a variety of disease processes involving the following systems: Neurology, Respiratory, Endocrine, Cardiac, Immune/Infectious Disease, and Renal. This unit also cares for ICU level patients receiving blood cellular therapies.Responsibilities:Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.Qualifications:Required QualificationsLicensed or eligible for license in KentuckyBasic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for some unitsAssociatess degree from accredited college or University
Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree from accredited college or University
