KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with key attorney stakeholders to stay on target with internal and external initiatives within Private Funds, Real Estate, and Tax practices Partner with the Media, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure the firm’s presence and initiatives are effective and conducive to current trends Monitor and analyze market trends relevant to the Firm’s client base Identify opportunities for development and retain data of key market competitors Determine effective strategies that allow for cross-selling opportunities through collaboration and communication company wide Take charge of brand-building initiatives for client-facing interactions; events, seminars, webinars, speaking engagements and other types of Firm specific promotional activities Partner with other departments to develop clear and consistent messaging related to marketing strategies Spearhead RFPs projects and pitches; ensure quality and support is provided to key stakeholders Manage directory submissions Collaborate with group leads and business development colleagues to compare client-facing related material and develop best practices Track and analyze ROI on all initiatives and outreach in order to develop best practices Monitor the group and ensure execution is effective across projects Mange 1-3 of the client teams at any given time, lead client feedback sessions, provide research pertaining to applicable trends, and identify outreach opportunities REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree required 7+ years of experience in business development, client development or marketing experience is required Experience in legal, financial services, or securities industries Exhibit excellent verbal and written skills; internally and externally Must be resourceful, detail-oriented, punctual, organized and proactive Experience utilizing MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines and various priorities Experience with Content Pilot, InterAction or another form of CRM
