Outpatient Only

No Call

Patient Volume: 4 days a week 14-15 patients a day

5 days a week

11-12 patients per day

REQUIRED:

WA

state license; active, unrestricted

Board Certified

Certifications-

BLS, ACLS

COMPENSATION:
