Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Assisting practitioners in performing procedures and other patient care tasks. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Floating to various offices as needed to meet staffing requirements. Dress Code
Personal scrubs of any color.
Requirements
Experience in basic office skills; data entry skills preferred. Working knowledge of Windows-based PC applications. Experience in surgical scheduling and procedures preferred. Ability to work independently and follow directions. Sensitivity to diverse cultures and cultural differences. Knowledge of community services. Adaptability to a fast-paced, multifaceted position. Good telephone communication skills. Flexibility to cover for vacations and absences. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team framework. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Willingness to travel to other office sites within Berkshire County. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Proficiency in speaking and writing the English language. Additional Information
8 hours non-billable orientation. Holiday, OT multipliers: 1.25%. Submission Requirements
1 year of current experience. CMA or RMA certification required - Must be uploaded with Profile. Experience in handling multiple phone lines and excellent clerical/organizational skills. Experience in specimen testing preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program. Knowledge of medical terminology. Two specific interview dates/times of availability must be added to the profile; "ANYTIME" will not be accepted. Profile Requirements
