Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:
This team is looking for a sharp and eager contributor to rebuild two backend components within their telephony system for customer service. The two projects include their call volume allocator - which redistributes calls in accordance with how busy call centers are, and their routing adaptor - which pushes calls to various call centers. The nature of the work includes taking older .net 3 code and converting it to the latest tech stack (from desktop to web API). They need someone who can read the older code, understand the gist and transpose the code into the newer version of C#. This will be moving from a thick client desktop app to a restful web interface.
