The Pharmacy Delivery Driver may help in the pharmacy when no deliveries are scheduled.This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:30am 4:00pm on Monday and Wednesday, 8:30am-6:00pm on Tuesday and Thursday, and 8:30am-5pm on Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 380 NASSAU RD ROOSEVELT, NY.**Primary Responsibilities:*** Loads vehicles with medications/products for delivery.* Provides timely and accurate completion of deliveries in a professional and courteous manner.* Verifies receipt and provides valid signature for proof of receipt for all items delivered.* Processes any required paperwork according to established procedures.* Assists in maintaining a clean pharmacy environment by performing various housekeeping tasks.* Shreds paperwork for disposal.* Stocks pharmacy supplies* Light computer data entry.* Various other duties as may be assigned.Youll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.**Required Qualifications:*** High school education / GED (or higher) OR equivalent experience* Valid applicable state drivers license, proof of insurance and good driving record* Consistent access to reliable transportation for making deliveries* This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday Friday.
