Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and experienced System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and supporting gaming and casino systems, including Oasis. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of our systems infrastructure.
Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups specifically for Oasis.Monitor Oasis system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime.Implement and maintain security measures to protect Oasis systems against unauthorized access and data breaches.Collaborate with other IT teams to design and implement new systems and infrastructure improvements related to Oasis.Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving any Oasis-related issues promptly and effectively.Document Oasis system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator.Experience supporting gaming and casino systems such as OasisFamiliarity with security best practices and industry standards.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
