EARN $45.00-60.00 HOURLY

Guaranteed hourly base pay of $45.00-47.00 with annual increases

Plus monthly production bonus with no cap, averaging an extra $3.00-22.00 per hour

$5,000 Incentive Guarantee in the first four months for production bonus

Job Responsibilities

Provide a positive experience throughout the entire patient interaction; from contacting to greeting, seating and completing their in-clinic visitExhibiting excellent customer service to create a positive patient experience and ensuring all treatment is provided with an awareness of individual patient's needs and concernsRemoving calculus deposits, accretions, stains, and cement from supra and sub-gingival surfaces of the teethPerforming deep periodontal scaling, including root planning when prescribedCompleting extra-oral and intra-oral cancer exams and feeling lymph nodes on head and neck area to detect swelling or tenderness that could indicate presence of oral cancerExamining teeth and attachment to locate periodontally-recessed tissue and signs of periodontal disease prior to exam by dentistCharting conditions of decay and disease for treatment as diagnosed by dentist assisting during examinationJob Requirements
