Be a go getter who can wear multiple hats to drive implementation of key data science and ML products initiatives .Have a broad knowledge and leverage the technical capabilities of the internal teams and external technology providers and vendorsCollaborate with Product Line Leads, Product Managers, Project Managers/Scrum Masters, Architects, Engineers, Developers, Quality Assurance, and User Experience Designers on scope, solutions, constraints, and risksAnalyze/document current and future business and data needs and help translate to the technical teams.Guide and support other Business System Analyst as they develop the detailed requirements (stories)Perform knowledge transfer to training and communication teams and support user deployment activities as neededProduce detailed wireframes and mockups using visualization tools for prototypingRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field; Master's degree in Business or Science is preferredOverall 7+ years of experience as Business Systems AnalystStrong hands-on and leadership experience in deploying a board set of AI/ML technologiesExperience and understanding of application development methodology - including Agile and Waterfall approaches, functional requirements, process modeling/re-engineering, use case development, user acceptance testing, organizational change management, and large-scale system implementationsUnderstanding and experience in ML and data science conceptsDemonstrated success in handling initiatives of high complexity, high profile, and large-scale programsDemonstrated ability to quickly learn the business in unfamiliar areasAbility to work in an environment of competing and alternating priorities with a constant focus on deliveryExcellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills; solid business acumen; well-honed influencing skills are essentialSelf-motivated and team-oriented; able to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a geographically dispersed teamExperience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools preferredProven leadership abilities and emotional intelligence
