Job Summary:The Human Institute Psychology and Therapy is seeking a Provisionally Licensed Clinician, LAC, LSW. This is a full-time or part-time contract position offering a competitive hourly rate of $35 to $45. The main goal of the Human Institute is to provide easy access to high-quality mental health care for individuals in the United States. The Human Institute prioritizes the well-being of our people, community, and overall health.Qualifications:- Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work with a provisional license in good standing in the State of New Jersey (LAC, LSW).- Bilingual proficiency in English and any other language such as Turkish, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, or others is required.Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and diagnose patients' mental health conditions based on a review of patient information, interviews, observations, tests, and collaboration with other staff members during intake and follow-up processes.- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients, utilizing clinical experience and knowledge.- Work with diverse populations including individuals (adults and children), couples, families, and groups.- Communicate effectively with staff members to ensure coordinated care.- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient treatment and records.- Document all encounters according to state and federal guidelines and code.- Complete external documentation as required.- Attend company meetings to stay updated on organizational developments.Benefits:- Continuing education credits.- Flexible schedule.- Parental leave.- Supervision for professional licensure hours (LCSW, LPC).- Referral program.Application:To apply for this position, please submit your CV/resume.
