Utilizing organizational resources the RN acts as a patient advocate for the delivery of safe care including delegation of care and participation in performance and practice improvement. The RNs actions and communications should reflect Kettering Health Networks mission, vision, values, and policies in interactions with patients, families, and coworker.The Registered Nurse reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.Job RequirementsGraduation from an accredited nursing programLicensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered NurseAt least 12 months of RN experience in an acute care or long term care settingBLS certificationACLS certification required within six months of hireMust be scheduled a minimum of 288 hours per calendar yearMinimum of 1 shifts (12 hours) per a 6 week scheduleWeekend Shift Requirement1 Holiday per year
Preferred Qualifications:0530-1500 and 11-2030 shifts vary. No weekends or holidays
