Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will support our programmatic media buying team and be actively involved in various client initiatives. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive and has a strong understanding of digital media campaigns.
Working hours aligned with Eastern or Pacific Time
Responsibilities:
Stay actively involved in day-to-day client initiatives, encompassing business-building, strategy, media, and creative projects.Gain a deep understanding of clients' businesses, products, and competitive space.Offer operational and reporting support for the Programmatic media buying team.Help maintain weekly client status and data reports.Create client-facing timelines, emails, presentation decks, and reports.Monitor the health of digital media campaigns and raise any concerns to media buyers.Organize client folders and materials, including reports, creatives, and strategy decks.Share tasks in Asana in a clear and organized manner for internal teams.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in a client-facing role within a marketing agency, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management and coordination.Experience in programmatic buying, with a deep understanding of DSPs and programmatic advertising platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.Familiarity with Google applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar).Experience creating presentations using Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.Up-to-date with the latest trends in online marketing.
