This position will be with National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE with a hybrid 50% in the office work environment. This position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship. #LI-Hybrid / #LI-OnsiteWhat will you do?Participate and collaborate on an Agile development teamUnderstand the overall business flow by working with Product Owners, subject matter experts (SMEs) and business teams on a regular basisDefine improvements to business processes and productsAssist decision-makers in gathering information in order to make informed decisionsCollaborate with Product Owners and Quality Assurance (QA) to identify and write the detailed requirements of test cases creating and maintaining business and product artifactsWhat are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalentKnowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)Insurance coverages and rating schemes and insurance productsWho would excel in this role?Knowledge of property casualty rating and policy coverages and endorsementsExperience with business analysis or project managementExperience working in application lifecycle management tools such as DevOps, JIRA, or RallySQL knowledgeExcellent oral and written communication with all levels of the organization and individuals outside of the organization, including vendorsWe want you to be involved!
