- Mandatory 3-6 years of experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS in Mainframe application development with good grasp in mainframe tools- Must have good knowledge on Banking/ Lending Domain- Systematics ALS experience would be an added advantage- On-call production support experience would be an added advantage, but not essential to the role- Agile Scrum experience would be an added advantage- Willing to work in Bangalore/Pune/Chennai- Experienced with all major development and delivery phases and activities- Has participated in the full spectrum of delivery activities on multiple development projects- Graduate from Technical background with positive attitude, self-starting, motivated quick learner qualities- Sound logical reasoning & design experience with good troubleshooting skills is required.- Ability to explore new age technology improvement/ automation is desirable
