Job Responsibilities:Analyse highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applicationsAct as an expert technical resource for modelling, simulation, and analysis efforts in ServiceNowLeverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areaBe flexible and thrive in an evolving environmentAdapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive mannerDevelops ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS IntegrateServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflowsStrong math and analytical skills excellent oral and written communication skills Implementation of Service Portal, Flow Designer modulesExperience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow systemDevelop responsive user interface web pages in ServiceNow Service portal using Angular JS, CSS, Bootstrap, MVC Architecture.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required 8-10 yearsServiceNow implementation experience required Hands on experience in implementation of restful web servicesServiceNow Certifications is a PLUS Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large-scale projects from end-to-endHands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC Self-motivator with the ability to work through stakeholder requests which have high ambiguityExperience working on an agile team Practical experience utilizing latest web standards and design practicesOutstanding critical thinking, communications, and personal interaction skills
