Workday Lead Integration Consultant (Location : Atlanta, GA)
Location:
Atlanta, GA.
Number of positions:

Responsibilities:
•Our Client is seeking a Workday Integrations Lead Consultant with good experience in successful end-to-end medium to large implementations of Workday integrations.
•Lead and mentor the Integrations team and be accountable for the delivery
•As and when necessary, this person should be able to roll up the sleeves in the design of development of integrations
•Be the Integrations SME on recommending best of Integration methods for the requirement and its solution design
•Perform design, development, testing and deployment of integrations
•Partner with Client or/and with the Partner's Implementers on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation
•Gather requirements and prototype the integrations
•Facilitate transfer of knowledge to the Client on the developed integrations
•Participate as a project stakeholder on the Integrations delivery and ownership
•Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns
Required Skills:
•Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Workday Integrations Consultant/Developer
•Minimum of 1 certification in Workday Integrations is a must
•Minimum of 2 full life cycle Workday implementation experience as an Implementer performing Integrations
•Minimum of 2 full life cycle Workday implementation experience in the capacity of managing a team of developers
•Minimum of 10 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio
•General knowledge and design of at least 3 Workday functional areas
•Good understanding of Workday security
•Use of at least 1 third party integration framework is preferred
Other Key skills:
•Ability to lead a team
•Ability to facilitate workshops and to identify integration requirements
•Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline Proactively propose alternate solutions to the customer as and when needed
•Excellent Oral and written communication skills
•CAN DO attitude
•Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate with internal and external customers
•Self-driven, motivated and results orientated
•Strong listening skills and solution orientated approach to selling
