Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Los Angeles area. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in financial systems analysis within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with global international enterprises and Big 4 consulting experience. This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with on-site presence in our Los Angeles office.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analysis of business and financial systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, systems architecture, and workflows.

Provide expertise in the configuration, customization, and integration of financial systems.

Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Lead and participate in global projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions.

Support the development and implementation of new financial systems and enhancements.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the financial services industry.

Proven experience working with Big 4 consulting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).

Strong understanding of financial systems, including ERP, CRM, and data analytics platforms.

Experience in global international enterprises, with an ability to manage and deliver projects across multiple regions.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site work.

Preferred Skills:

Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Finance or Information Systems).

Professional certifications such as CFA, PMP, or CBAP.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry.

Experience with cloud-based financial systems and digital transformation initiatives.
