Responsibilities:• Proactive batch monitoring•
L1 Troubleshooting• Triage with Developers, infra and as needed teams to resolve job failures.• Problem Management to resolve recurring QA mainframe job failures.• Status reporting.
Skills:• 2-3 years of relevant experience required on the desired field.• Proficient knowledge of COBOL,
JCL , DB2 and CICS, VSAM.• Working knowledge on MQ and Kafka.• Good knowledge on Mainframe OPCC scheduler.• Distributed Autosys added advantage.• Excellent communication and email writing skills.
