Our One Purpose.•Full time physician position at our North Health Plaza location•3 clinic rooms and a procedure room•State of the Art Ultrasound Equipment on site!•2 Clinical support staff in clinic plus a receptionist•Join 1 Family Physician providing surgical OB care and 2 OB nurse practitioners also support the patient community•Family Medicine department includes 12 additional physicians
Compensation/Benefits•Salary guarantee moves to production in year 3 (or sooner)•240 hours of Annual Time Off (ATO ) for 1.0 FTE•$5,000 annual CME allowance•Employer paid professional liability insurance & tail insurance coverage•Health, dental, vision and life insurance•Short and long term disability coverage•403(b) retirement program with employer contribution and employer matching; optional 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan•Benefits start on day one of employment
