Position Summary

Part-time student assistant (≥12 credit hours) are needed during peak work-load periods to assist with planting and harvesting in the Georgia Peanut Breeding Program at the Coastal Plain Experiment Station, Tifton Campus. Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position

The time available to work needs to be either mornings (8-12 am) or afternoons (1-5pm) during M, T, W, Th, and F with maximum 20hrs/wk. This work will entail following oral instructions closely from technical staff while maintaining genetic purity and sample identity at all times.

Knowledge of operating various farm machines or small-plot equipment would be desirable.
