Position Summary:Primarily responsible for the therapeutic care of patients in their place of residence. The RN will promote continuity of care through coordination of patient care services. Must possess a good working knowledge of the nursing process and demonstrate clinical competency and leadership. Able to adapt to change. On-call required for some positionsCredentials / Education:* RN license in TN or Compact State
Required* Driver's license with reliable transportation and liability insurance
Required.* 1 year of Home Health or Nursing Experience
Preferred* ASN Degree or higher
