Our locations are open 7 days a week with varying seasonal hours and we staff each facility with responsible employees who are dedicated to promoting our Customers First corporate culture. Every Geaux Clean team member is expected to treat first-time customers as well as long-time Wash Club Members with care, respect & exceptional service.**JOB DESCRIPTION**This job listing is for the position of CAR WASH ATTENDANT FOR AUTOMATED SYSTEM. Since Geaux Clean Car Wash provides automated washing services, as well as the ability for customers to perform their own detailing using our powerful high-end equipment, our car wash attendants are focused on ensuring the customers & wash club members have a quick, easy, & problem-free experience.Car Wash Attendants make an hourly wage ***in the range of $10 $12 per hour*** work a variety of shifts, have a degree of flexibility with shift scheduling, and also have the occasional opportunity to fill in at other Geaux Clean locations.As a crew member at an automated car wash, your job duties will include, but not be limited to:- Instructing/Assisting customers with using the payment kiosk prior to their wash- Directing customers & members through the wash process- Guiding vehicles onto the wheel track of wash tunnels automatic mechanism- Activating the automated wash mechanism and observes operation to detect equipment malfunctions- Resolving basic problems which may occur in the wash tunnel, or notifying a supervisor when malfunctions occur- Performing certain transactions, such as cash/credit card payments, Gift Card sales, or the sale of retail items- Frequent use of the software that controls the automated functions and kiosk payment terminals**Position Requirements*** You must be able to pass an employment background check* Must be able to receive direction and follow through on tasks* Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time=============================Geaux Clean Express Car Wash is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
