Business Analyst SrTraditional BA Skills:RequirementsDocumentationPresentationAnalysisResearchTime ManagementDetail OrientationNegotiationRelationship ManagementMinimum 5 years of experience in the field of Payments for medium to large clientsIdeally will have previous experience within Payments Compliance and upcoming regulations.Core Payments and/ or Cards Payments (issuing, acquiring)Alternative Payment Methods and Payments Innovation (e.g., Digital Wallets)Payments RegulationFraud detection and prevention in PaymentsDelivery experience in Payment systems implementation and related organizational impacts (functional, business requirements, processes, roles,) will be an assetGood mix and exposure to Business and Technology (operations, technology, front office, contact center, & Back-office operations)Monitor new developments in payments specifications and standardization organizationsExperience with Payment TerminalsDigital and Omnichannel Banking- Mobile/ Online/ New Channels experienceAgile (Must Have)Scrum Master (Very Nice to Have)SAFe (Very Nice to Have)
