A growing disaster restoration and cleaning company is look to hire a Marketing & Sales Representative. This position will be responsible for developing relationships with insurance agents, property casualty adjusters, property managers, plumbers, etc. and selling the company's full line of restoration and cleaning services.
Responsibilities:Knowing functions and goals of all cleaning and restoration servicesBuild relationships with insurance agents, property casualty adjusters, property managers, plumbers, etc. to sell the company's full line of restoration and cleaning servicesSetting and attending appointments to present our businessInitiating marketing strategies that support the company's sales objectivesDevelop and maintaining accurate & complete customer files, to enable easy tracking of an account's progress through a web-based CRM toolMaintaining daily, weekly & monthly sales activity reports; weekly meetings with franchise owner to discuss current & future sales opportunities & challengesQualifications:
Exceptional at building and maintaining relationshipsKnowledge of and experience in sales, marketing and customer serviceStrong critical thinking and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills; both written and verbalProfessional appearance and decorum2+ years of outside sales experience
This position offers a competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) plus UNLIMITED commissions. Fringe benefits such as car and gas allowance, cell phone, etc. will also be provided.
