Requirements: High school diploma or GED Completion of state-approved CNA training Must maintain licensure and take ownership of professional development through educational opportunities. Preferred Skills Experience working with elderly residents. Providing basic nursing care as required Ability to stand/kneel/lift. Ability to maintain and document resident's actions daily Report observations to nursing supervisor and assist nursing staff with any other duties related to resident care as needed.
