Good experience preparing high level requirements document, functional and non-functional document and business requirement document.Very good analytical and communication skillsMust be able to interact with clients business executives and technical team.Should be familiar with both waterfall and agile methodology.Ability to identify and solve solutions to complex problems.Ability to plan and organize across multiple technology services disciplines.Experience in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud , Sales Cloud , Community Cloud, APEX , LWCExperience in CPQ familiarity is a plus
