WebSphere Application Server6,7,8,9 / IBM HTTP Server 7,8,9 WebLogic Application Server 12.2 / Oracle HTTP Server 12.2 Cognos 11.1.7 Iplanet 7.x Extensive experience in Planning, Installing, Configuring, Administering, Patching, Tuning, Troubleshooting and Integrating JBoss application Server, jbcs Apache Http Server, iplanet. Configured the application, troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on Jboss application server. Configured resources like JDBC providers, JDBC data sources, and Message Queues in Jboss application servers.

Troubleshooting problems related to Authentication, Authorization, Logins, End-User Web Content, WebServer and jboss application Server Extensive knowledge on SSL certificates management across multiple middleware platforms. Troubleshooting all level severity incidents based on SLA. Worked on Problem tickets (PMR's) with Redhat to find effective solutions to various problems and performance issues. Well documented all procedures and any other important issues. Tuning the JVM based on performance testing /monitored the results. Solid experience in implementing Work Load Management (WLM) and failover using Vertical/horizontal clustering to achieve High Availability. Extensively involved in management of the Build and Migration Process. Involved in Workload (Scalability, Performance testing) Management, Performance tuning and Build Process. Interpreted log files to locate and solve problems such as tracing and debugging facilities. Extensive knowledge to handling monitoring through Dynatrace and splunk. Excellent knowledge to handle large clustered middleware infrastructure. Good knowledge of databases (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL) Deep Troubleshooting knowledge on Application Server related issues (includes Java Outofmemory issues, Heap, application workflows, service to service communication, data flows, data issues, external app2app integration points) Extensive knowledge in capacity optimization and performance tuning. Deep knowledge on vulnerability management and remediate vulnerabilities across various middleware products. Strong experience on various ldap integrations with middleware components. Should have sound knowledge in ITIL processes incident management, change management, problem management and request management etc Ability to guide / mentor other Administrators and troubleshoot issues Providing 24 x 7 supports for all applications to ensure continuous availability.
