Director of Clinical Education/Staff Development Nurse

The primary purpose of the job position is to plan , organize, develop, and direct all staff development educational programs throughout the facility is accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Is responsible for providing learning opportunities that will enable all employees to gain knowledge, skills an attitudes necessary to perform their assigned duties safely and effectively. Plan for, coordinates and may instruct State-approve Certified Nursing Assistant courses.

Registered Nursing License required.
