Mulesoft Developer

Worker will work in the TxDOT Information Technology Division (ITD) Applications Section. Primary duties will consist of designing and development of MuleSoft APIs/integrations for the RULIS application. Worker may perform other duties as assigned. The workers' responsibilities and skills must include: WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (Required) Minimum (Required): insert specific minimum skills for this Contract Position) Years Skills/Experience 5 - Experience working with development of APIs; 5 - Experience with SOAP and REST web services, well versed with spring framework; 5 - Experience in Core Java, Messaging (JMS), Web API - SOAP, REST, XML, YAML, CSV, TCP, WebSocket, HTTP, REST, JSON, SOAP, JDBC, JMS, FTP 5 - Good understanding of underlying Mule ESB architecture with experience of server administration and physical deployment (On Cloud, On Premise and Hybrid); 7 - Skilled with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a solution architecture development. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
