The nurse is responsible for utilizing the Nursing Process to ensure that quality care is provided to adult and pediatric patients as it relates to the case management scope of practice. ACCOUNTABILITY The Case Management Registered Nurse is accountable to the Lead Case Manager. INTERRELATIONSHIPS Works closely with medical staff, clinical staff, and support staff.
