**Driver Debriefer (Part Time)**Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in recruiting a Driver Debriefer to join a company based in Preston.* Location: Preston* Salary: Competitive Salary* Contract Type: Permanent* Closing: 10 September 2021* Ref: 900857****The role holder will be responsible for but not limited to the following:****Correctly brief and debrief driversCheck all timesheets and ensure all paperwork is correct and alphabetisedCheck drivers wallets and issue any informationPrint all despatch notes and replenish despatch paper as requiredAnswer the telephone and assist with any enquiriesDownload drivers cards/ tachographsEnsure all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicatedConsistently update all spreadsheets including, but not limited to; change overs, run summaries and trailer check sheetsDepart loads using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and use Ross system to input all loads that have departedGood standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Word and ExcelEmail your CV
