PowerBI position:Roles/Responsibilities : PowerBI report development
Responsible for working with the business on their requirements and then figuring out how to pull the data (SQL querying) and build out visuals and reports that are usable by teamWill be pulling data from cloud (Azure/Snowflake) but as long as they know basics of connecting to those DW to pull the data they don't need to have other advanced knowledge there
Environment:
Azure Data warehouse migrating to snowflake and building dashboards in PowerBI as UI
May go to Tableau in the future but TBD there and experience not required
Must-have experience:
5-7+ years of PowerBISQL (basic querying)Must have primary REPORTING background not just dataasked if someone could be a data analyst and said maybe if they had powerBI but have to want to be involved in reporting and passionate about that are not just analysisGood communication skills
