A reputable hospital in eastern Pennsylvania with an opening for an OB/GYN to provide locum coverage.
Opening Overview:
Schedule: 8a-4:30p, 4-6 call shifts per month, 7a-7p Level III NICU Daily Volume: 24 patients Annual Deliveries: 650 Procedures: Vaginal birth, Operative vaginal birth, C-section, D&E, Laparoscopy In-house anesthesia Support staff available Must be board-certified Paid travel & lodging If you are interested in learning more, please apply.
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) National Institutes of Health (NIH) Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Active unencumbered Pennsylvania physician state license Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program One year of work experience as an OB/GYN One year of Epic experience Board Certified SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills. Participates in relevant continuing education programs. Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients. Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise. A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital. Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
Requirements: • COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster.
