Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:HR Employer Solutions Group, a leading HR consulting firm in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing quality healthcare and medical services to our clients, ensuring their physical and mental well-being. Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assess patients' medical histories- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and diseases- Prescribe medications and provide treatments within your scope of practice- Educate and counsel patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and management of chronic conditions- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records- Provide exceptional patient care with empathy, professionalism, and respect- Adhere to all practice and legal regulations and guidelines- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs to stay updated on the latest healthcare and medical practices- Serve as a resource for colleagues and other staff membersRequirements:- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas- Master's degree in Nursing- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a healthcare setting- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not requiredEEOC Statement:HR Employer Solutions Group is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
